Bird is the word
I made these birdie cups a few months ago. I threw them on my pottery wheel and altered them to look like little birds. I let them sit around until I could decide on what color glaze to use on them. More of these are in the making!

I was thinking of the blue bird of happiness when I saw your cute bird cups and then I scrolled down to see the bluebirds. Very clever.
