Butter dish

When I was a kid I remember my grandmother always having her butter in a butter dish, always. Me, mine gets tossed in the fridge and stays in the paper it came in until it's gone, shame on me, I was raised better ;o)

The butter dish is done and currently drying on my drying rack.

I added handles to the bottom of it as well to make it easy to pick up and I accented the outer rim of the lid with a cute flower stamp. These dishes are a bit of a trick to make and pretty time consuming but I really enjoyed it. I'll be working on making more of these.
