Custom dog treat jar

I was asked to make a custom dog treat jar for my friend Karen's new dog. This jar wheel thrown with a hand built dog bone handle. I decided to stain the appliqued bone to give it a real dog cookie touch. His name is painted dark blue to match the dark blue dots that circle the jar and the lid.
The little dog bones that decorate the side of the jar are all individually hand painted.

 I hope she loves it!
